1. Customers may return a product within 7 days of purchase.
2. Product sold are not returnable after 7 days from date of delivery.
3. Returns are only acceptable if the product is not used/opened and in original packaging condition.
4. Customised and/or Special product on back-to-back order is non-returnable.
5. Please email us at salesenquiry@cloverglobal.com.sg before proceeding with any return.
6. Customer will bear shipping costs for returning product unless it is a wrong item we delivered to you or due to other valid reasons acceptable to us.
7. We will retrieve the wrong product we delivered to you and deliver the correct one to you free of delivery charge.
8. Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect & notify you on the status of your return within 5 to 5 working days.
9. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refunded amount within 2 weeks, depending on your bank or card issuer's policy.
10. If your return is not approved, our Customer Service will contact you to deliver the product back to you. You will bear the shipping cost for the delivery.
11. Printer Ink, Toner & Ribbon Cartridges are not immediately replaceable until the products are proven to be defective by the manufacturer. Please inform us within 7 days from delivery date. We will retrieve it from you and send it to the manufacturer to analyze. We will inform you of the outcome after receiving the result from the manufacturer. If replacement item is provided by the manufacturer, we will arrange to deliver to you free of delivery charge. If no replacement is made by the manufacturer, we will provide you manufacturer's reason for no replacement.
