The voucher is not a discount at the till. You buy the printer from an authorised reseller, register the warranty, then claim the voucher from Brother directly. The full mechanics are below, and the flyer above carries the complete range with specifications.

Which printers are included

Prices shown are Brother's recommended selling price for the promotion. Our own pricing varies by model and by order quantity, so ask us for a current quote rather than working from the flyer.

Every model in the printer promotion ships with duplex printing, AirPrint, the Brother Mobile Connect app, and a three-year warranty. The laser models come with a starter black toner and, on the colour units, colour toner and a drum. The ink tank models come with black and colour ink bottles in the box.

Which label printers are included

The second promotion, Ce-LABEL-rate SG61, runs on exactly the same dates and the same redemption rules. It covers five label printers, from a desk-side labeller up to a networked thermal unit for retail and logistics.

If you already run a P-touch, the tapes are the recurring cost rather than the machine. We stock TZe laminated cassettes across the usual widths and colour combinations, so it is worth checking your tape stock at the same time you decide on a printer.

How to claim your NTUC voucher

Five steps, and the order matters. Warranty registration has to be done before you present the claim, so it is worth doing the same day the printer arrives rather than leaving it until September.

1. Buy the printer from a Brother authorised reseller within the promotion period. The invoice or receipt date has to fall between 24 July and 13 September 2026.
2. Register the warranty with Brother. There is a QR code on the flyer, or you can register through the Brother Singapore website.
3. Cut out the serial code from the machine packaging. Keep it. Brother will not accept a photograph or a transcription.
4. Walk in to the Brother Customer Service Centre at 10 Eunos Road 8, #09-05, Singapore Post Centre, Singapore 408600, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
5. Present the original invoice or receipt, the cut-out serial code, and proof of completed warranty registration. Last day of redemption is 13 September 2026.

The most common reason a claim gets rejected is a missing serial cut-out. Open the box carefully, put the serial panel and the invoice in the same envelope, and the walk-in takes about ten minutes.

Which model suits your office

If you print in volume and mostly in black, the mono lasers are the cheaper long-term option because toner yields run far ahead of ink. The DCP-L2640DW at 34 pages per minute with a 50-sheet document feeder is the usual choice for a small office that scans as much as it prints.

If your running cost matters more than your upfront cost, the ink tank range (DCP-T530DW through MFC-T930DW) uses refillable bottles rather than cartridges, which brings the cost per page down substantially over a two to three year life. If you need colour output for client-facing documents, the DCP-L3560CDW and MFC-L8390CDW are the colour lasers in the promotion, and they carry the two largest vouchers on the laser side.
