Shipping Policy

Clover Global Pte Ltd (UEN 201900180M) delivers office supplies, printer consumables, IT equipment, and related products across Singapore. This policy explains delivery areas, lead times, charges, and self-collection.

Delivery areas

Standard online checkout covers Singapore addresses only (including Sentosa and industrial zones). Cross-border B2B shipments to Malaysia, Indonesia, and other regions can be quoted on request — email online@cloverglobal.com.sg with the delivery address, item list, and required Incoterms.

Standard delivery lead time

3 to 4 working days to your Singapore address after payment confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Singapore public holidays.

  • Next business day dispatch for orders placed before 3:00 PM SGT.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM SGT dispatch on the following business day.
  • Delivery window: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM SGT.
  • PayNow, Visa, Mastercard accepted.

Delivery hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM SGT. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. If your office has access restrictions or specific delivery windows, leave a note at checkout and our logistics team will work to that schedule where possible.

Express and same-day delivery

Standard service is 3 to 4 working days. Urgent same-day or next-day delivery can be arranged on a best-effort basis for corporate accounts and time-sensitive government orders. Delivery charges

All charges below are GST-inclusive.

  • Orders up to S$150: flat S$15.00 islandwide delivery.
  • Orders S$150 and above: free standard delivery.
  • Self-collection from our PRIMAX warehouse: free (see below).

The free-delivery threshold applies automatically at checkout — no promo code is required.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves our PRIMAX warehouse. Corporate accounts with managed reorder schedules can also contact their account manager for despatch status.

Large, bulk, and B2B orders

Bulk, corporate, and government orders may ship in multiple cartons or on a scheduled cadence agreed with our sales team. Delivery fees for approved B2B accounts may differ from retail checkout — your quotation or account terms will state the applicable charges.
