1. Apply the oil directly to the shredder cutter in a left and right movement.Press the reverse button and hold it there for 10seconds.Shred one piece of paper to remove access oil. Make sure Bin is empty.
2. Using Paper apply the oil to the paper in a zigzag pattern.Shred the oil-covered paper by running it through the machine. As the paper gets shredded the oil will coat the blades, which then redistribute the oil.This keeps the shredder operating smoothly.
